{"id":4968,"date":"2020-06-03T08:48:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-03T08:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cablesafe.com\/?p=4968"},"modified":"2022-04-26T15:08:43","modified_gmt":"2022-04-26T15:08:43","slug":"osha-ladder-rules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cablesafe.com\/de\/osha-ladder-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"OSHA-Leiterregeln"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Treppen und Leitern sind eine der Hauptursachen f\u00fcr Arbeitsunf\u00e4lle und Todesf\u00e4lle, und viele dieser Unf\u00e4lle sind so schwerwiegend, dass sie eine Arbeitsunterbrechung erfordern. Nach Angaben der CDC sind Leitern f\u00fcr etwa 20% der Sturzunf\u00e4lle am Arbeitsplatz verantwortlich, was sie zu einem der gef\u00e4hrlichsten Gegenst\u00e4nde im Unternehmen macht. Die OSHA-Vorschriften f\u00fcr Stufenleitern beziehen sich auf alle Treppen und Leitern, die beim Bau, bei der Wartung, Reparatur, Dekoration und Renovierung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen verwendet werden, die durch die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen der OSHA gesch\u00fctzt sind. Die wichtigsten Richtlinien gelten f\u00fcr alle genannten Leitern und ihre Verwendung, auch f\u00fcr selbstgebaute Leitern:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Regel 1926.1053(b)(13) der OSHA-Vorschriften f\u00fcr Stufenleitern besagt, dass der obere Teil der Leiter niemals als Stufe verwendet werden darf.<\/li>\n<li>Regel 1053(b)(4) besagt, dass Leitern nur f\u00fcr den Zweck verwendet werden d\u00fcrfen, f\u00fcr den sie konstruiert wurden.<\/li>\n<li>Beim Auf- und\/oder Abstieg auf der Leiter muss sich jeder Arbeitnehmer mit mindestens einer Hand an der Leiter festhalten und mit dem Gesicht zur Leiter stehen.<\/li>\n<li>Fehlerhafte Leitern, wie z. B. besch\u00e4digte oder fehlende Sprossen, Stollen oder Stufen, gebrochene oder zerbrochene Rahmen, korrodierte Teile oder andere fehlerhafte oder untaugliche Teile, sind unverz\u00fcglich als besch\u00e4digt zu kennzeichnen oder mit dem Hinweis \"Nicht benutzen\" oder einem gleichwertigen Hinweis zu versehen und vor ihrer Reparatur aus dem Betrieb zu nehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Leitern d\u00fcrfen nicht \u00fcber die maximale Tragf\u00e4higkeit hinaus belastet werden, f\u00fcr die sie gebaut wurden, und es ist stets die Anleitung des Herstellers zu Rate zu ziehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leitern sind auf stabilen und ebenen Fl\u00e4chen zu verwenden, es sei denn, sie sind gegen unbeabsichtigtes Verrutschen gesch\u00fctzt.<\/li>\n<li>Leitern d\u00fcrfen nicht verschoben, versetzt oder gestreckt werden, w\u00e4hrend jemand auf ihnen steht.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr \u00fcbergewichtige Arbeitnehmer besteht ein h\u00f6heres Verletzungsrisiko, da es f\u00fcr sie schwierig ist, auf der Leiter auf- und abzusteigen und dabei ihr Gewicht auszugleichen.<\/li>\n<li>Die OSHA schreibt vor, die Leitern regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und sicherzustellen, dass sie frei von Fett, Teer und anderen Verunreinigungen sind, die ein Ausrutschen verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Leitern sind von der qualifizierten Person regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auf sichtbare M\u00e4ngel und nach jedem Vorfall, der ihre sichere Benutzung beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnte, zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/li>\n<li>In der OSHA-Vorschrift 1926.1053(b)(18) ist festgelegt, dass die Wiederherstellung der Leiter so erfolgen muss, dass sie den urspr\u00fcnglichen Konstruktionskriterien entspricht, bevor die Leiter wieder in Betrieb genommen wird. Wenn die Reparatur nicht zufriedenstellend ist, darf die Leiter nicht verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Die OSHA-Sicherheitsvorschriften f\u00fcr Leitern umfassen eine Vielzahl von Einschr\u00e4nkungen in Bezug auf die H\u00f6he, den Winkel und die Abst\u00e4nde von Leitern. So wird beispielsweise in der Vorschrift 1926.1053(a)(3)(i-iii) erkl\u00e4rt, dass Sprossen, Stufen und Stollen einen Abstand von 10 bis 14 Zoll haben sollten, wobei es nur wenige Ausnahmen gibt. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen die Regeln je nach Art der Leiter (feststehend oder tragbar) variieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unf\u00e4lle mit Leitern lassen sich vermeiden. Je besser das Personal f\u00fcr den richtigen Umgang mit Leitern qualifiziert ist, desto mehr k\u00f6nnen Sie das Risiko verringern und eine sicherere Arbeitsumgebung f\u00fcr alle
