Description
The CableSafe FingerSaver holds large spanners and flogging spanners securely in place during the removal of bolts and nuts — keeping the operator’s hand away from the impact zone when the spanner is struck or when the bolt suddenly releases.
Spanner work on large bolts is one of the highest-risk tasks for hand and finger injuries in heavy industry. The operator’s natural reflex is to steady the spanner with the non-dominant hand — exactly where a slipped hammer or sudden bolt release will strike. The FingerSaver replaces that hand with a robust polymer holder.
Used during turnarounds, maintenance, and assembly work in refineries, chemical plants, shipyards, and offshore installations.
